For future reference, Mr Richard D. Benham and Mr Scott Horne, whatever their aliases are at this time, are hereby served with notice that this blog site will be the principal medium of notification for all parties regarding the issues in controversy.

Because Mr Benham and Mr Horne refuse to respond to or to acknowledge communications by e-mail, to their blog sites, or by any other means but we are aware that they frequent this blog site, we wish to give public notice that until further notice we shall communicate with Mr Benham and Mr Horne and occasionally with their collaborators soley by way of this blog site.

Accordingly, we hereby serve notice upon Mr Scott Horne that his last commuication to us was not received intact and, if his communication was of any import, relevance or materiality, he should resend that communication. We hereby serve notice upon Mr Horne that we have not taken notice of his most recent communication.
