Acting New York State Supreme Court Justice
Pee-wee
orders you to visit our Justice4Sale blog at http://newyorkcourts.blogspot.com/

Some of the judges of the New York State Unified Court System (apparently unified only in their talent for malconduct, misconduct, and quasi-corruption) should be sentenced themselves or have the dignity to step down. But American justice--especially the species currently alive and well and living in New York State-- is based on party politics, law-firm money, bias. Even judges who are censured that's the step before actual removal from the bench--are still allowed to pass judgment on others. Visit the Justice Hall of Fame and Shame.

Read about some of the rogue jurists and their flavor of justice they're handing down at our Justice4Sale blog.

This month we're featuring Judge Joseph C. Teresi, a New York State Supreme Court justice sitting on the 3rd District Court in Albany, New York.

New York judges accept campaign money law firms that appear regularly before them, accept political party support for re-election, regularly violate the standards of judicial conduct with impugnity, when caught they're censured but continue their travesties undeterred! They even attempt to mislead the oversight tribunal charged with disciplining them!

New York State Judges make a fraction of what a reasonably good attorney would make in private law business so we can only assume that the judiciary is a catchall for either lawyers on a power-trip or lawyers who wouldn't make it on the outside.

The truly frightening fact is that they are in the same bed with the lawyers and law firms that pay for their election campaigns and then appear before them. Aren't we asking too much of human nature to expect them to pee down the legs of the political parties that got them into and keep them in office and to turn their backs on their chums, the lawyers?

Benham Emerges from the Cesspool to Take a Breath

Benham Alert! Which one is Dicky?

Pompous Piggy!
(or 'Frank (J.I. or F.B.), if you're reading this, we know!')

Well! Defendant Richard Davey Benham has finally emerged from his hideout to spew some venom our way again.

While any Benham sighting is not what one really looks forward to, given the usual hilarity and joyfullness that heralds the re-appearance of our favorite Internet Troll...accompanied by the unmentionable after-odor (What's that I smell? Methane?) that penetrates the air once he makes his ambush appearance and then disappears to wherever he fakes he is.

He's particularly upset about a number of things in his most recent rant (most probably because dear old mum's accepted service of the Summons and Complaint on his behalf; with his usual inadvertent exposés and admissions he's only confirmed a number of important points despite the usual red herrings he releases on each of his appearances). Nor does he miss the opportunity to be his usual vulgar, profane, and common self with his characteristic filthy mouth and aspersions.

One really has to ask one's self: what's Richard Benham's point? Is he really saying anything at all? Where does he get his material? Benham's probably the greatest inventor since Edison! He invents his facts, invents his sources, invents himself! So predictable, so pathetic!

Well, this is intended merely as an update on our Internet Troll, Richard Davey Benham. We've probably wasted too much bandwidth on this report already but it is of interest because he's been very quiet since August when the lawsuit was filed against him and he's been served at his last-known address (per his correspondence and his membership listing). But who knows; he's probably faked that, too.

Is the Pompous Piggy real? Maybe. But the real question is: Is Richard Benham real? We're really doubting he is a real person and guessing he just may be a cyber parasite. Maybe he's a blog virus or maybe he's just one of God's little creatures (the one at the right) who seems to just get into everything and makes a general nuisance of himself.

Anyway. Dicky's back. Benham is, too, so enjoy the rants.

Answer: Dicky is the one on the right ;)

Advantage Suzuki, Albany, New York and other Matters

This post is a follow-up on recent posts:

Advantage Suzuki, Albany, New York (see below: Wednesday, January 28, 2009)

So far not a peep from Advantage Suzuki. Shows how much they care about customers, fair dealing, the public's opinion.

You'd think they'd have contacted AJ with at least something of an apology, even a free car wash? No. But that's the way businesses are run (into the ground) in the Capital District (for those of you who are not aware, Albany is the capital of the bankrupt--or nearly so--state of New York), so-called Tech Valley (also known as Yeck! Valley).

As a matter of fact, Advantate Suzuki, was still running the ad in the Times Union (the local rag) for that very same vehicle at the same price.

If the public prosecutor's offices and the courts here weren't so disordered and corrupt, perhaps it would be worth a lawsuit ... and speaking of the courts ...

All the Justice You Can Afford -- New York's Courts at their Worst

Please don't neglect to visit our new blog at http://newyorkcourts.blogspot.com/ "All the Justice You can Afford" a.k.a. Justice4Sale.

This week we're spotlighting Judge Joseph C. Teresi, a judge whom we've had the opportunity to observe in action and who's been up before the New York State Commission on Judicial [sic] Conduct -- or unjudicial conduct as the case may be -- and he's been recently censured at least twice in 3 years and managed to get into the spotlight a couple of other times for 'questionable' conduct on the bench. There's also some very disturbing mention of his bias against pro se (persons appearing before the court without attorney representation) litigants.

For the otherwise inept and timid Commission on Judicial Conduct (whose proceedings are "confidential") it's quite an accomplishment to censure a sitting New York State Supreme Court Justice ... but twice?!?!?!? Read the facts and visit the CJC decisions webpage for the details.

Another 'acting' (and 'acting' she was!) New York state supreme court justice, Kathleen M. Doyle, who was replaced on our case and replaced by Teresi, was also censured and was not re-elected.

At the CJC site, you can read about other scoundrels on the bench. The relevant links are included at the http://newyorkcourts.blogspot.com/ site.

Richard Davey Benham, Scott Horne, Joan Ross, John Luckacovic

We'll be posting updates on this quartet of defamers, abusers, and conspirators.

We really shouldn't wonder that the American insurance companies need bailouts when they foot the bill for recidive offenders and their defenses in court. But then, if the offenders had to pay their own bills maybe they'd think twice about misbehaving? Nah!

Wonder if the insurance companies that are working with them (we'll post a couple of tidbits on them, too!) ever heard of the concept of moral hazard? Until they have to answer for their misconduct, they'll continue it.

Two rats have been silenced for the time being: Richard Davey Benham and Scott Horne. Since the lawsuit was filed in August, they haven't posted anything about anyone, anywhere.

Thanks for your support!
